“The Lagree Method,” a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method, tightens, strengthens, and tones by incorporating bodybuilding principles, such as Time Under Tension, which removes breaks from workouts and grants users the ability to sweat, shake, and persevere through the total duration of every class.

Since its birth, Lagree Fitness has distinguished itself from every form of exercise, including Pilates, which lacks intensity. The union of bodybuilding techniques and low-impact qualities, which are fundamental to Lagree Fitness, directly translate to fast results.

To get started with the Lagree method, if this is your first class, please plan to arrive at least 5- 10 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled fitness class.  This will  allow for any questions and time with your instructor to explore the Megaformer.  If you have been here before, just 5 minutes early will be fine but you must be on your Megaformer at the start of class.  Plenty of time to put your belongings in a cubbie, fill your water bottle and find your machine. We have a strictly enforced 2 minute late policy, the doors will lock at 2 minutes into class - this is for your safety to allow for appropriate time to get settled and have the full core warm-up and also allows for other members and the coach to fully focus on the class and avoid disruptions and interruptions. We are excited that you have chosen us to try the Lagree fitness method. We were the first studio in Cincinnati to bring you the Lagree Method in 2022 and are excited to bring you a second one in Covington and now a third one on the West side of Cincinnati to be accessible to you from all over the city!

All members signed up must be in the studio at the start of class, this is strictly enforced as to avoid any interruptions, risk of inury and get the most out of your workout.  Any later than that and you will be marked as a no show and be charged.  We want to respect those in class  and eliminate distractions during their workout. Do your best to arrive 5 minutes early.

A Positive Attitude and Infectious Enthusiasm.  Also be sure to wear comfortable clothes  that you can move, stretch and sweat in.  We do require grip socks, if you do not have any, we sell them at the studio! Remember that you will be moving in different ways and be in all kinds of position.  No clothing with buttons or metal, this could potentially harm you and damage the machines.  Shirts of some kind are required for all clients.   Please make sure there are no embellishments that could damage or scratch the machines.

Negativity and Self Doubt! This is a place to get strong, not just physically, but mentally. This is your time!  Leave your problems at the door.  Please NO cell phones.  If you wish to bring then into the studio, be sure to store them in a cubbie and silenced.  This is your (and classmates) time to focus on you with no distractions.

We allow clients as young as 16 years of age. Minors must have a  parent/guardian accompany them to first class and have a signed waiver on file.

Many expecting mother's have used the Lagree Method to stay in shape, while pregnant.  However, we HIGHLY recommend that you discuss this with your doctor, prior to enrolling in any classes. If you are not a current client of Lagree, we recommend you wait until after delivery.  We  would love to help you postpartum and once your doctor has cleared you .  If you are already a member, please inform  your instructor of your pregnancy, so that they can modify exercises for you.

513 Lagree is a very efficient workout that can help people of all fitness levels.  We are honored that you want to re-start your fitness journey with us and will prove that our classes are empowering to your mind, as well as efficient to your body.  You will soon become addicted and become a regular!

We have one Foundations class per week at each studio currently offered. However, we have new clients all the time so if that time doesn't suit your schedule, please feel free to schedule a 50 minute total body and arrive at class at least 10 minutes early so the coach can give you a quick rundown. We want you to get acquainted with the machines and workout.  Don't be fooled, you will get an intense workout!

We recommend 3-4 classes per week to start seeing immediate results in strength and sculpting.  Make sure you are listening to your body and resting and are covering.  Our workout is designed to work your muscles to fatigue, so recovery time is just as important as the workout to see the best results.

There is a maximum of 11 clients per class in our Montgomery studio and 14 at our Covington location.  This intimate class size allows our instructors to modify and make adjustments to each client to make sure they get the most out of their workout.

If the class you are wanting to take is full, we recommend putting yourself on the waitlist.  To be eligible for the waitlist, you must have already purchased a class or package.  If a spot doesn't open up, your class will be credited back to your account.  If a spot opens, you will automatically be added to the class and will receive an email or text message informing you.  Please make sure that you want to be in that class.  If you are added to the class at any time, you are still responsible for the late cancellation and no show policy.
